What is the percentage of patients with lung cancer than smokers?

I wonder why non-smokers from smoking in people diagnosed with lung cancer. Please provide a link. I am not looking "caused by smoking, such statistics can be spun. I am looking for smokers versus nonsmokers in the strict sense. What percentage?
